Shoutout to Our FOH Team! 

What does it mean to Be Yourself at FOH^®? It's about embracing and celebrating the unique qualities and experiences that each of us brings to the table. We have such an amazing team that makes up FOH^® and that’s why we want to give a big shoutout to our amazing rockstars that make us feel appreciated every day! 
 
In alignment with our culture of gratitude, we’re always finding ways to show appreciation for our Team Members’ dedication, hard work, and contributions toward our success. Here are some of the many ways that we build a culture of belonging and appreciation for our team throughout the year! 

Team Member Celebrations 

At FOH^®, we work hard and play harder!  

In true FOH^® fashion, we do things a bit differently. Every month, we get together and celebrate new hires, promotions, birthdays, anniversaries, and Team Member of the Month Winners at our Team Member Celebrations. Each month, volunteers from our team lead an engaging and entertaining event by planning and executing every detail, including décor, activities, food, and flow. This allows our teams to focus on what is important to them, while also helping them develop soft skills like public speaking, teamwork, creativity, and resourcefulness. This celebration is a way to acknowledge our connection and recognize our Team Members. 

Pop-Up Surprises 

Who doesn’t love surprises? Our team loves to surprise everyone with fun activities to not only show our appreciation for the team, but to create special, memorable moments.  

A few of our favorite memories include having cookies, cocoa & coquito during the holidays and creating a popcorn bar full of treats and smiles. We also like to get active with our team. Sometimes we shake up the day with a high-intensity circuit challenge or wind it down with a stretching yoga meditation class.  

Spirit Days 

We love a good “dress-up” day!  

At FOH^® we encourage our Team Members to let their personality shine through in every way! One way we like to have fun with it is by dressing up to a theme once a month. In the past couple of months, our Team Members wore their favorite movie t-shirts for “At the Movies”, and the colors red, yellow, and green in the spirit of “ONE Love”, a tribute to the life of Bob Marley. We believe our teams’ colorful outfits speak for themselves! 

Rockstar Awards 

At FOH^®, we believe that our Team Members are rockstars! Every year, they vote for the Team Member they think really rocked the year and made a positive impact both within and outside of the company. These Rockstar Awards are especially meaningful because the recognition comes from Team Members’ peers and colleagues. Each nomination is submitted with a message, and reading them makes us think about the profound impact every Team Member has on the people around them. These thoughtful notes are just one way our Team Members recognize each others’ dedication and are undoubtedly a great reflection of what the FOH^® culture stands for. 

This past year, we saw some amazing new Team Members not only take on their “Rookie of the Year” category but also win others like “The Way We Are,” “Essential Piece,” and “0 to 60”. This fills us with immense pride as it underscores our commitment to embodying and sharing our culture. Not only is it incredibly awesome, but it also appears to have a contagious effect on everyone who becomes a part of our team! 

As we embark on this journey of recognition and celebration, let us take a moment to appreciate the remarkable achievements of all of our Team Members and renew our commitment to excellence in all that we do.
