Goal:

Transform the entertainment complex leading with functionality, flexibility, and providing the ultimate experience for sporting, music, and other entertainment events.

Challenge:

The challenge lies in ensuring there are equal parts design, functionality, and practicality so the project doesn’t pose more issues than it attempts to solve. From a foodservice and hospitality perspective, the challenge was in providing the arena with sustainable serving solutions that were in line with its sustainability commitment and aesthetic.

Solution:

At FOH, we are passionate about our partnerships and their needs, and we felt a connection to the project from the start. Our company designs and manufactures a range of sustainable serving solutions, including eco-friendly, reusable, recyclable, and biodegradable products made from natural materials, which we felt would be a perfect fit for the arena.

We provided the venue with a multitude of products, including reusable porcelain plates, stainless steel risers, servers, and other buffet serving items. In addition, we provided trays, boards, pans, and smallware from our sustainable Bamboo, Asheville, and ROOT collections. These items are long-lasting, lightweight, durable, and environmentally conscious. In fact, ROOT items are created from the wood of fallen trees, ensuring no two items in this collection are exactly alike.

Success:

Added value and elevated presentation. The design of the arena proved to be as innovative as it is functional – and with our reusable and sustainable serving solutions, now, so is their presentation.
