Practicing Radical Generosity in Our Corporate Giving

We have so many reasons to be grateful at FOH®!

Below are some of the most recent “feel good” moments we’ve been up to. We hope you enjoy learning more about how FOH® practices radical generosity.

Our FOH® family made the time to gather as a corporation right before our Thanksgiving break to share some of the things we were grateful for in our personal and professional lives. This time of reflection may have been via a zoom meeting, but it brought us closer as a team and even brought some of us to tears. We gave ourselves the opportunity to dive into each other’s worlds and realize the overall difficulties some of our team members had to overcome in 2022.

We learned how little acts of kindness from other team members really made a difference! This realization made us aware of how valid our #FOHFAM values are. It reinforced our desire to continue practicing radical generosity during the holiday season and throughout the year.

Corporate Giving: Making a difference as a team

Each year, From our Hearts®, our corporate giving program donates thousands of dollars to worthy causes selected by a small group of FOH® team leaders. This year, we wanted each member to participate in the decision-making process, so we partnered with Groundswell. This giving app makes it easy to donate to worthy charitable causes. Our leadership team gave each team member $100 via the app to contribute to reasons they were passionate about.

The results?

Massive!

Massive amounts of giving energy and thoughtful donations that truly define radical generosity.

As you can imagine, the charitable causes were as diverse as our team members. So far, our team has donated to 74 reasons and counting!
